OBE   Author: 17  Category:(Dreams) Created:(8/28/1999 10:44:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1282 times) Sometimes in the morning if I wake up and then go back to sleep, I feel a vibration in my head and then it feels like I lift out of my body and float a few feet above the bed. I can't see anything around me. It's like I'm floating in a grey cloud. It feels very relaxing but it is a little unnerving to feel like you are out of your body! Then I start to feel like I am expanding and that scares me, so I have to force myself to wake up. There are some mornings that it happens again & again. Although I kind of enjoy it, it also scares me. When I feel the vibration in my head I also hear a buzzing or whirring sound. When the sound and vibration reach a certain high pitch, that's when I start to lift up.
