I don't think I've ever heard of a cream that works. To be honest my fiancee has that problem after she lost about 45 kilograms. She is exercising more and more now to get rid of it and the results are showing. |

I don't know if any of the lotions work or not, but I do know that cutting down on the sugar helps. I am not a very big person, but last summer I noticed that I had cellulite. So, rather than wasting money on creams that might not work I just altered my diet a little. |

I heard toning up does help Kurt . It pulls everything in and evens the skin out some , but not all the way ( to a womans content ) . Razzy aka |

nothing can get rid of cellulite... creams can help smooth is down so it's not as noticeable BUT there is no way to just get rid of it without working it off |

I don't see a how a cream would work. . .I think it's just part of 'aging'. But your wife probably doesn't want to hear that! LOL! |

well i've never had cellulite before but from my understanding creams only smooth the surface of the skin giving it a 'tighter' appearance. but they wont get rid of it. Cellulite is caused by a build up to toxins and fatty tissued diposites in the body. Unfortunately for women, they are prone this around their thighs, hips and lower stomaches ~ its the way their body's are built to always store fat there first (to do with child bearing i believe). Anyway exercising will definately have an effect, especially cardio combined with weight training. Another method is dry body brushing. You buy those shower brushes with the long handles either with the tough bristles or the hard plastic massager things (looks similar to a hair brush just with thinker knobs) and the theory behind it is the stimulate blood flow and get the toxins moving. Simply 'brush' or massage your body BEFORE you get into the shower morning and nite, starting at your feet and moving towards your heart ~ ALWAYS towards your heart. Also drink LOTS of water each day (natural way of flushing out your body) and green tea also. Just remember, quick fixes never work!!! Best of luck :) |

I have a tiny bit of that and have wanted to get rid of it. Walking and any sort of leg/bum exercises work well. After the work out if you just use any ol' lotion to rub onto it that also seems to help (it seems to help me anyways).. you really gotta massage the skin around good though. |
