My male friend and his wife are getting divorced. She up and left with their daughter when he wasnt home. She moved up the street from me and he doesnt know that. In fact he doesnt know where she is at all. I have been asked not to say anything because she fears him. She confided in me about a few things that he has done to her over the past few years. Before she had to come to me and talked to me about it, he had told me things about her and her emotional state. He said she liked to make things up to get help from others and that she really doesnt like me that she pretends to. He admitted to some of the things she told me also after the fact. I havent told him where she is or that i have even talked to her or seen her. I really feel I have been put in the middle of this and dont like it very much. My question is do you see trouble coming from this my way? I'm very worried what he may do to her also if he finds her for the simple fact he hasnt seen his daughter in 7 months. I know he loves his daughter very much and misses her also. He is very angry and upset. She has asked me to watch her daughter for her so she can go to school. I am afraid that he may show up when she is here. She has a restraining order on him so. But i also believe she is being deceptive herself and using me? What do you think? Do you get a feeling from any of this. It's so very confusing and i refuse to take side but do best for my godchild. You can be honest and tell me like it is :)
