I use to throw up every morning, and I discovered it was because of my allergies, I had bad post-nasal drip and was swallowing it and it made me sick... |

The only time I didn't have these problems was when I was on my semester in London and I can't figure out why it would be different. |

no I only drink bottled water in both places... I ate pretty much the same. I think there food is more natural there, less chemicalized, and doesn't have all that artifical junk! But I eat less processed food now that I am home and more organic stuff and that isn't helping it. |

Hmmm, I don't have cramps in my tummy or anything but I am sick to my stomache for the first 2-5 hours I am awake. I fell this vague queasy feeling until early or mid afternoon. I can't eat until I am well into my day. My first meal is always lunch, I haven't eaten breakfast in so long I forgot what it is like. But I think mine is conditioning, I have never been a big breakfast eater. <RegretfulHalo> |

You poor thing, I've had similiar problems, but not so severe. I would suggest you and your doctor try working on your stress, which might help your stomach. |
