Can you get ink out of clothes? jackie

GRAWR! I just got a BRAND NEW jacket that i love, but i had caligraphy and now there is a huge stain on my jacket and i cant get it out!!!

Is there like a way that i can get it out? I only wore it once and if i dont get the stain out i cant ever wear it again. oohhh im so mad!!!!! help meeee. i even tried to bleach it out and nothing is working!!!!
