He tells me he'll call me or wants to go hang out and then he won't or he'll bail on me. He told my friend he had liked me at one point and wasn't sure anymore. But, he just recently asked her if he should call me or not. I just thought he'd be fun to go hang out with sometime as a friend. It seems like he wants to, but he's just holding back. Also, I know one of his good friends and he tells me they've talked about me. It feels like his friend tries to interfere sometimes. Would his friend have anything to do with why he's been acting weird?
