Cool! Thanx or the tips:) My friend has been doing around 500 crunches per night and she says that some of her jeans are alot looser! 500 :O I think I am gonna start doin crunches but I always forget!  |

I live on the 20th floor of my dorm, so when the elevators break, I get a workout just from that. 277 stairs there are, I think. I was bored one night and climbed up them just to count how many there were.  |

Also, if you drink ALOT of water, your body will relese all the water weight gain you have out on. This usually sheds about 10 lbs in a month of you drink a gallon or more a day. Your body naturally stores water because it does not want to dehydrate. So the more water you put into your body, the more it will release.  |
