Wanna Lost Weight and Tone-up Ur Body? -Jabbs

1.Take the stairs: you’ve heard this be4, but do you actually do it? This burns up about 11 calories a minute- the same as running a 10 minute-mile.

2. Banish Bloating: Drink a cup of peppermint tea after your meal to aid digestion and help combat bloating.

3. Crunch Time: For a flat tummy, nothin’ works like crunches-but not just any type. To do them, lie on your back, with u’r feet bent. Feet flat on floor and hands at your temples. Pull ur self up & hold for 4.

4. Snack on dried fruits: Keep some closed apricots by, instead of eating the Zero-nutritional-value snacks such as chocolate & crisps.

5. Chocolate Wisdom : Choose dark chocolate where the cocoa solids are high (70%0 and the sugar content low. This helps control u’r blood sugar- meaning less potential for food cravings and eating sugary snacks.

6. Choose u’r sport: It’s the quality rather than quantity that matters. Even 10 minutes sessions can help u achieve terrific shape.

7. No Yo-Yo dieting: Eating sensibly is about making the right nutritional choices.

8. Laugh Deeply : When u laugh out –u’r stomach muscles contract naturally. So having a good giggle is like giving u’r self a mini-workout.

9. Grapefruit Hit: It’s a natural diuretic preventing water retention & bloating.

10. Don’t avoid eating out: Just try to stay out from fat by steering clear of cheesy pasta dishes, fried foods & creamy curries. Instead go for low-fat dishes such as boiled rice fish and vegetables.

11.Stand up straight: Good posture not only makes u look sleeker, it also helps u 2 breath better.

12. Eat Protein every day: A diet rich in protein will control u’r appetite and stimulate the hormone glucagons , which helps u burn fat.

13. In the swim: Swimming is one of the best sports to tone up. Back strokes will burn the most calories.

14. Read food labels: Just because it says 80 % fat-free. It doesn’t mean u can gorge .

15. Water Works: Drinking water not only fills u up. But it lessens u’r appetite and aids digestion.

16. Smart Shopping: Don’t do u’r food shopping on an empty stomach. U’ll be far more likely to buy chocolates & sweets. Write a list be4 u go and stick to it.

17. Be kind to yourself: Just coz u’ve wolfed down a tub of ice-cream doesn’t make u a glutton. It’s forgivable !

18. Tanned & Lovely: You will appear much leaner by applying a self-tanner product over u’r body

19. Boost your Self-Esteem: If u’r confidence has taken a bit of pounding, its time to think of building it up.. Ppl who aren’t obsessed about having the ’Perfect` body are happier and usually have a Healthier Life Style too !

This usually sheds about 10 lbs in a month of you drink a gallon or more a day. Your body naturally stores water because it does not want to dehydrate. So the more water you put into your body, the more it will release.
