OH and guess what I discovered today!~ I am paying a holy fortune for the dentist just to fix my mouth. Azairyia lost one of bottom teeth a few months ago. It was one of the ones inbetween the bottom two incisors. The new tooth comes in completely perfect and the tooth next to it (the other tooth that is between the incisors) goes loose. So it's been loose now for a long time and I look her mouth today and the STUPID adult tooth is coming up about a quarter of an inch BEHIND the one that is loose! So this tooth is just on the edge of the slope where your mouth goes down to underneath your tongue.....UGH UGH UGH UGH UGH...so I have to make a dentist appointment tomorrow. I have no idea in the world where I am going to come up with all this money! Last week my husband did the brakes on my car, two weeks before that he put on a new muffler (mind you I have no inspection cause the windshield is cracked and I can't afford to replace it.) and NOW two days ago it started sounding like a moped, TODAY it sounds like a freaking Harley and low and behold the exhaust pipe that connects the muffler to cadalitic converter is cracked and that cost me $100 bucks! I have weekly dentist appointments that are running me $200 a pop until God only knows when and did I mention I am waiting for the closing on my house and trying to pack 3 floors in the meantime? UGH CALGON.......TTTTTTTTAAAAAAAKKKKKKEEE me AWAY! LOL |

Yeah, didn't you hear that? After we paid $18,000 in back taxes to bail this house of foreclosure, the monster in law decided not to stick to our agreement of turning the house over to us. So after $18,000 financial distress, emotional distress, and living in a SLUM cause it needs so much work and without owning it and nothing to mortgage we could never afford to fix it up we are not OUT of this house as it is on the market right now. I have only, if you can believe this, done one "mean" thing to her after she completely messed up our lives..LOL. I got the tax bills for July and September. Almost $2000 worth of taxes now due on the house. I opened up the envelopes, stuck them into a new one and took a single piece of paper and wrote.....UT-OH where are you going to get the loan to pay off these? I tucked them into an envelope and mailed them to her. No return address but of course she knew there they came from and I didn't even sign the note I stuck in there......LOL I thought it was rather funny! |

TY! and considering we filed bankruptcy getting buried so deep trying to bail this one out, we were lucky to get anyone to help us with a loan to get another house. We almost ended up living in an apartment somewhere. After 5 years of being in your own house, going back to an apartment is hard to swallow. I DESPISE this woman and she has been disowned by her son (my hubby) and myself, (not as if I mattered much). She was up here for two weeks for vacation and actually called and had the nerve to ask to see my children. My husband flat out told her not on her life...LOL |

Thanks! It is small, but it's all brand new inside. It needs yard work obviously but it hasn't been occupied since February. It has all hardwood floors and the kitchen is all brick. 3 small bedrooms but the yard is nice and there is room for a pool! We have been dealing with the mortgage company since August and we just keep sitting on our thumbs for the closing date. They call me and tell me they need this that and the other thing. I give it to them and two weeks later they need something else. Scott and I are both just about out of blood so we think they may be close with all the pints they need and our closing should be coming up soon..LOL |
