Naaaa that isnt a date, that is hanging out with a friend, nothing more..LOL..Now a date is when he or she asks you out to a specific place with the intent of possibly getting to know each other better and starting a relationship down the road..BOTH parties are interested in pursuing a relationship and this is just the first step.  |

a date is when you go out with the person and you have a romatic intention with them... if your hanging out as friends thenit;s hanging out as friends.... but dating is when you to have romantic feelings for eachother  |

I think it depends on what you're doing when you go out. If it's just hanging out then it's just hanging out, I wouldn't consider it a date.  |
