Put a very bad picture of yourself that you feel makes you look like you need to lose 10 pounds on your fride, take the stairs when ever possible, drink lots of water, stay focused and try to convince yourself that exercise is for fun...not just staying healthy! And....stay away from the candy, pastas, breads, sugars and too many carbs. Good luck and I wish I ONLY had 10 pounds to lose too! :)  |

exercise is soooo key! Really it helps I mean u may *think* ur gaining weight but its just muscle. Simple: stay away from junk foods and fast foods and soda pops and koolaids and all...just eat when your hungry and stop when your full. Not to hard :D!  |

I've lost 10 pounds since June. I think it's because I switched to fat-free dairy creamer (I drink a lot of coffee in the morning and use a lot of cream) and I've taken up bike riding. Amazing what a simple change in routine can do!  |
