Second marriages are usually very informal, so extravagant presents are not recommended. Get them something they can share together, as that's why they're marrying in the first place. A gift certificate to favorite restaurant or health spa (free massages are always winners!) or B&B would be good! |

She could always put together a scrapbook of times that she shared with her mother and times that her mother and her new hubby shared and leave some pages at the end for pictires of stuff that they do together...It would be a real tear-jerker... |

I think for a small budget, a album would be great and personal. I think the bed and breakfast is a good idea if you have the money or a certificate for a nice night out somewhere. usually, both people already have a home and the necessities, so a toaster is out:P |

We usually give picture frames. After the wedding their will be lots of pictures. So we give nice frames. They can keep them for themselves or frame a wedding photo for one of the relatives. |

What does her mom like? does she collect things? Maybe she can buy something to add to her collections. Things for the house are always nice. She could take her out for a day at a spa. |
