Making a memory with purpose intense. Now comes a day without you in it. My mind replays us to the last minute. The smile, the look, the tender touch. A word, an embrace, love, missing you much. Whirlwind of what was, what is, what could be. Looking into my soul for direction and clarity. Quiet thoughts of a life with you. House cleaning? Dinner? Movies? Love? Just a few. A relationship for two who have a past? Different in many ways, can such last? Can you be the all in all to every need? Are arms wide open? Like the song from Creed? Can something great come from such strife? What would it be like? In the rest of my life? I have played mentor, benifactor and protector all. I have been a friend, a lover, and just big and tall. You say God made you special just for me? Then tenderly coax eyes open to see. What fork is in the road? What story will finally be told? Get up and get back onto your feet. Overcome issues to find a destiny to meet. I want to know the answers crying from within. I want to know where it goes not where its been. Get back to the you I know and love. Pray all comes with blessings of God above. It all tears me from one into two. Four worlds claim me and one of them is you. Don't let me down! Answers must be found! Get back to all you are to be. I need to know, so show me. Stay straight, be good, be strong. Help me to know where I belong. People, Cars, Jobs, and stuff that is bad. Get well, and help me make sense in that. Will there be tears of joy with arms wide open? Will there be tragedy from what I was hoping? I don't know, it rips the fabric of everything. I know within my heart that something has changed. I can only continue to help you come back on top. I can only say you have love that never stops. So know I need you back, standing on your own. I have answers to my life that must be shown.
