This is Katie's first Halloween and although she is only 8 months old, i want to start a tradition and something fun for her to always remember doing. When i was little Halloween was a big deal around my house. I remember going to pick a pumpkin, carving it, Trick-or-Treating and things like that. I love decorating but i cant find any decorations that fit in my budget. Oh wel... Anyway. I think we are going trick-or-treating with some friends here on base, but what else can we do??
