Do you eat your young When the shades are drawn? You tell me to relax And that it's all said and done But that's a lie You don't speak truths These distant screams are mine You stole the youth You grin in your despair And shy away from me You were never there Don't blame me What sights have you seen? What sins made you unclean? Do you eat your young When the shades are drawn? You tell me to stay out You flash your wicked gun That's just a decoy So I'll disappear But I'm not your toy I will hold my ground right here You grin in your despair And shy away from me You were never there Don't blame me Why can't you say goodbye To the drug you're emaciated by?
