I work for an internet company, and deal with customer service. You wouldn't believe how many people out there don't read before they order!!!!!!!! GGGGRRRRR!!!! It drives me batty. If there are restrictions for ordering something, or a promotion, wouldn't you want to find out if your order qualified before you placed your order? NNNOOOOO. They don't. Then they write to us and gripe because thier 2 billion pound table saw isn't going to be at thier house tomorrow, becuz it can't go by fedex or ups, or even air service. Hello people. Can we not read? Are people really that lazy now that they can't even click a mouse button to read 4 more sentences? And then they get mad at us when we can't make a situation right for them, when it's actually the right way already, if they would just read the darn website. Ok, I'm done, cuz it's time to punch out. Leaving work now.
