BlueMoon-I am sorry to here that. *sigh* children are so special. How can anyone try to steal the innocent spark in a child's heart? I think MJ should be in a cell with a 300-pounder, who will teach him a bit about being a victim. |

Seriously he is famous, but why do the media always and this is ALWAYS try to show how these people are....People are Molested everyday, and the criminals get no publicity like this....i dont even care if its bad publicity! really he is a person, who will be judged, but only becuase he is famous....Why cant people ever stop talking about things like this...really yes he is famous, nad maybe he did something wrong....the media portray people as they want and that is why i dont like hte media broadcasting people like this becuase it always cahnges! People must have more to talk about! Seriosuly even if he has molested a child, he shouldnt have the media all over him, there are many others like him...I personally do not care about these famous people who get all the support from the media whether good or bad...it annoys me and frankly i dont care...and i dont believe either way, but there are a lot of unanswered questions....For example WHY WOULD THE BOYS PARENTS LET THERE BOY STAY IN THE SAME HOUSE AS MICHAEL? Really what were these parents thinking....they would have heard all the stories....Do parents just drop there kids of at anyones house now, without giving it a second thought.....are people really getting to that now! It annoys me so much! |

MoonGirl-pedophiles can be muli-millionares, or paupers. It makes no difference. I cannot believe that a parent would attempt to make $$$ by claiming MJ abused their son. I simply cannot believe that a parent would harm a child by claiming abuse simply for $$$. MJ ADMITS sleeping with children! He is old enough to be their father! NO GROWN MAN SLEEPS WITH SOMONE ELSE'S CHILD! Sorry, for shouting, by I can believe MJ is a pedophile, before I can believe parents would claim abuse to make $$$, Parents are funny about their sons. I think, actually believe anything is possible. With the millions of runaways there must be thousands who could be bought with fewer dollars than was paid from the last scandal. 15 or 20 million can and could have bought a lot, perhaps it was paid to bring some peace. Honestly, I don't know, but I truely feel for his children, I really do. I cannot imagine growing up in their environment. I don't believe he has a concept of reality so there will be a question in my mind until all the evidence is in. But never should a child be victimized for any reason, and why would any parent allow a sleepover? The parents have something to answer to as well. We protect our children as best we can from harm of others, that is what we do as parents and grandparents, no amount of money could ever be enough to sell my child or prostitute them and if these charges are true, then the parents need to be held accountble as well. Common sense says so! |

Let's just put it this way. His behavior may be inappropriate to some people. Most of us wouldn't do the things that he has done with kids. However the backlash in return doesn't make sense. He has one allegation from a child that the authorities investigate, they discontinue investigation when the star witnesses parents didn't want to put him through the agony of a trial, but took a few cool million to make up for it. I mean give me a break. I understand the victim not being able to stand up in court but does money really make up for it? Paying for counseling and medical, completely understandable, but the amount the kids received was completely out of line. Which leads to another question. Kids started coming out about the Catholic church covering up the nasty little deeds of the priest and immediately you had DRONES of kids, now adults, coming forward. Michael Jackson is KNOWN to be surrounded by kids. TONS of them! Why weren't there more to come forward? Is it possible after ALL these years of spending his adult life playing around like a 5 year old kid that THIS was his first victim. It's outrageous to think it is even possible. Could it be? I suppose so, but there weren't even any "liars" or frauds. Now 10 years later more accusations? Something just isn't even right here. As far as Latoya is concerned, notice only the losers of the family EVER talk about the abuse? Janet and Michael the two successful children never use their abuse story to gain publicity. I wouldn't even blink at what she had to say, she loves the camera. |

I dont know whether all the things i have but in here are correct or not, becuase everything spoken within the media is biased and sooo i dunno....but i think that the family is taking advantage of Michael through there son! as terrible as that sounds! |

Believe me, nothing makes me see red more than child molestatiom and abuse and I've seen every piece of information they have out there, but there is something I can't put my finger on that makes me feel very uneasy about all this, like maybe he is being rail roaded. I saw a video of the prosecutor who has been investigating MJ since the first alligation and he is as nutty as MJ himself. The man has a vendetta that I believe is motivated by politics and notoriety. MJ is definitely guilty of poor judgement but sexual misconduct? I'm not so sure. I need more proof. |

Honestly, I do think he needs be punished for it if it is true, and punished severely at that, but I do not think it is fair of us the sit here and say things like "oh even if he was treatly poorly it doesn't give him the right to do what he did! he's a sick freak!" I'm not saying his life excuses what he has done, because nothing like that can be excused, I just, I don't know. I don't think it is fair of us to say things like that when we really don't know what he went through/what he is thinking. He probably doesn't even realize what he is doing is wrong (he is literally sick). That's part of the reason that sometimes kid w/ alcoholic, abusive parents grow up to be the same way. That's all they know, they think it is normal, or that it is supposed to be that way. I think this is a horrible situation, but I do feel bad for him. If it is true, I honestly think he does not realize that what he is doing is wrong. That's probably why he's so odd. |

It's obviously that there are siblings in the family that don't see the point or the need to drag their past family matters into the limelight and make it a focal point like some of them do. okay let's look at the nose and the skin thing. Everyone calls him a freak because he paid to have these things done. Okay well what about the nose? First of all the nose made him look like his father and who cares the man had a nose job. It has also been rumored to have been done to narrow the nasal passages to override the deepening of his voice. Remember when he was child they tried passing him off as being 2 or 3 years younger than he was because he was more commercial? When he went through puberty and his voice began to deepen they also pressured him about singing higher. The skin situation...have you ever seen one that looses the pigment in their skin. My Uncle is white and he has lost the pigment in his skin on legs and arms and he has huge white patches. Even though he is white it stands out like a neon sign because the rest of his skin at least has a peachy tone to it. So imagine now that you are a black man and a very dark one at that, and your skin is doing the same thing. Now if you look, you can see that he lightened over time and didn't just one day turn so light from being so dark. As the skin pigment was lost in places, he blended the rest of his skin in to match it. If you had the money and this happened would you walk around looking like a ying yang and be comfortable with a bunch of cameras following you everywhere you went? How much of what we really know that is TRUTH about this man? |

First of all, I am very curious as to where you got your information from. Secondly, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty...I'm quite sure that if it was you being accused you would hope people were a lot more willing to hear your side before passing judgement. As far as my opinion goes, as a person who was molested for many years as a child, I believe that he may be innocent. The first child who accused him...the parents accepted money as retribution. I firmly believe that if their child had really been molested, they would have stopped at nothing to see him behind bars. They wouldn't have even bothered to take out a civil suit. Secondly, shortly after the first accusations, other families began accusing him...all of which were proven to be false. 20/20 even did a feature on it, in which they discovered a man who was coaching these children on how to act when accusing MJ. I may be wrong...For the sake of the children, I hope I'm not wrong. But the story seems really fishy to me. |

I said watch there will be a scandal. If he didn't do it the first time. He should have learned a lesson and not let children to his house again. I mean HELLO! I think he is so ignorant to even be around little boys after what happened. If he did it I hope they nail him. Covering his children's faces and hanging them over ledges. Although I am not a really true MJ fan (although I admire his creativity and work)I presume him innnocent only because of the paradigm of this country. He is in fact innocent until proven beyond a shadow of a doubt by a jury that he is guilty. Maybe his is, but I'm not going to bite that until the trial. Also, I would say that in your post, only number 8 and part of number 5 make me think he really is. The rest are simply stretches to connect the pedophile allusion with his life. Sure, he is out there, but the other statements don't point convincingly to pedophile tendencies. Number 8, yes, the behavior toward his children he has certainly can extend to treating other children as objects for his own satisfaction. In number 5, the things you sited are new to me, and very interesting. If true that the real pedophile sees the child as a part of a real relationship, and you see MJ as he treats his friends, then yes, I have to agree there is a connection. However, what you have arrived at at the end of number 5, that MJ has not appeared apologetic and is contemptible toward law enforcement, is not a part of any strong evidence toward him being such. In all, I simply say that the courts and the evidence all of us may not know will decide the outcome. |

I don't care for his music or him particularily, but I do have some doubts. I read the Drudge report, the deposition given by the child. Seems to me like the child and the mother craved the gifts and attention. If there was abuse, I hope he gets what is coming to him, if these are lies, then the mother, possibly both parents need to answer for what they allowed to happened. This child was very possibly used by MJ but the parent, probably the mother, needs to be charged as well. When are parents ever going to accept responsibility? Want some money? Bring your kid over to spend the night... I don't think so, who in their right mind would be so gullible. If he is a pedofile, with so much to lose why would he waste his career when he can "buy" whatever he chooses. And lets face it, he can buy most whatever he desires. I still hold the parents accountable. If this happened, it happened because the mother or the parents let it happen. They need to be charged as well. No thirteen year old is going to spend the night anywhere unless Mom says so. I don't buy it, at least not the media version. Smells bad and I think the parents SHOULD bear responsibility and account for themselves. I'm quite sure that if the charges filed did indeed happen, the parents knew about the prior alleged charges. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would never let their child sleep in bed with an adult male and think "nothing was wrong with that", give me a break! This mother needs forty whacks of "wake up" and smell the coffee. Again if it happened, it happened because of her greed and because she let it happen. If it happened, you bet, it was wrong, nasty and he should go to prison, so should Mom though. But she won't, maybe she will write a book. |

"Reality" is what people live. If this is the way he lives, whether anyone else does or not -- or likes it or not, that is "his" reality. "Appearances" aren't just the way someone physically looks. One previous CHARGE, not conviction, is the appearance this author sees as a the basis for declaring someone a "criminal" and as someone who should be rotting in jail. Oh, lord, yes, let's go back to old Salem and have people persecuted for "appearances". God Bless. |

I reserve judgement, as should all who don't know the specifics of the case, nor the vidence presented by the District Attorney. He is innocent, I say with confidence, UNTIL proven guilty. What you have here is circumstancial evidence and logical fallicies, neither of which would stand up in court. |
