But lately I'm not sure. I've had weight gain. All I seem to do anymore is eat. I have pain in my back and neck. I don't get things done that I should. It could be something important and if I don't get it done on time I really don't care that I haven't done anything about it. And I figure I can always do it later anyway. I get tired easily anymore. I really don't put much of an effort into anything and I am overly emotional. COuld this be stress or perhaps somethign else?
