www.symantec.net provides a search tool to look for the specific virus that you have. Once you find the correct one, it will give a brief summary of the virus, a risk rating, and any fixes to destroy the virus and any downloadable patches to prevent you from getting it again. - |

Since you know the specific names of the virus, this should be easy. On the symantec homepage, in the lower lefthand corner, there is a link that says "Download Virus Removal Tool" Click there, find the correct tool. Good luck. - |

I use this one all the time, and it cleans them for you automatically. It's web based and very reliable. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ |

Go to AVG.com where you can download a free virus program and get updates. It tells you when you need updates and automatically does it. A lot of computer technicians use it. I've never had a virus since I installed it. It's great. |
