Cyndi, I had the same problemo. So I pulled off the old worn keys and replaced them with new ones I got at a flea market. I bought the whole keyboard for a buck and the keys just pop right off. I didn"t want to chande out mine either. Too sentimental. No mas problemo. *bye* woodshed  |

That's cool, if you're that attached to it, writing the letters and numbers on with a permanent marker should solve your problem as long as you don't care how it looks.  |

Personally, I broke down and bought a new keyboard, it's foldable, soft, and water proof! I love it, and it's absolutely silent when you type on it. I really really love it. |

not trying to sound rude at all, but I don't know if you can type without looking at the keyboard or not but that would be something that you can do learn to type without looking at the keyboard, then it won't matter if the keys are there or not =)  |

You can buy little stickers with letters on them to replace keys that are worn off. But I would just buy a new keyboard even if you are used to your old one. Keyboards are so cheap nowdays you could just get 5 of them for about $20.  |

Hi Cyndi. That is a good idea if your keys are light colored. I just bought a new E-Machine in December and in one week the 's' on my keyboard disappeared. I can't use a marker as my keyboard is black with white lettering. I didn't want to take the thing back so I cut a little piece of paper for the 's'. It works but is kind of ugly looking. I wish they made stickers for the keyboards...  |
