Favorite 80's Bands?!

well, my all-time favorite 80's rock ensemble would have to be INXS and Michael Hutchense (God rest his soul). their pure-pop album Kick is considered by many to be one of the greatest pop music albums ever recorded and i can see why! "Devil Inside", "I Need You Tonite", "New Sensation" are some of my favorite songs by these fellas.

so, what's your all-time favorite 80's band or artist that was big ONLY in the 80's?

some of my other favorites are Billy Idol, Patti Benatar, the Cars and of course Michael Jackson (because he was pretty much done with once the 80's ended)!
