I sometimes write poetry and I think the idea of one or two word replies is a good one. It at least shows the author "who" reads they're poetry. Heck, even a smiley face would be OK... :)  |

I've been here for 2 years, and I don't get many replies....I don't care for replies much. I think "Ya know, this is my outlet...if people don't like it, good for 'em, if they do, well, all the better for them and me." I look at the times it was looked at more than replied to. Some people can be really touched and not know what to reply, so they don't. I don't know..thats how i look at it.  |

I don't really read poetry cause quite frankly I'm not a *huge* Fan...or if I do I often times am at a loss for words because I generall do NOT like leaving a simple one or two word reply.  |

I've noticed the same thing cuz my poetry doesn't usually get many replies either. Then again, I don't post that many poems. But I still know what you mean. I try to reply to all the poems I do read. Sometimes it's just hard to find words to explain what you thought of some poetry.  |
