The following are some words/phrases(and definitions) that my friends and I constantly use to replace actual words:
Jangalang: Metallic handcuffs we got from the dollar store (could also be used interchangably with Bling Bling)
Thingamabob: self explanitory
"How could ya holla if it's only a dolla?": A man selling balloons on a street corner said this to get people's attention when we were in philly for our 6th grade field trip
Doomafocchi: My literature teacher constantly uses this term when she can't remember the name of the actual object she is referring to (ex. "Robert, will you go plug this into that doomafocchi over there?")
Wonderland: It's an actual place, I have [osted about it before here - http://unsolvedmysteries.com/usm366617.html )
"I'm not tellin ya": My history teacher always says this because he can't actually think of what he was going to tell us when we ask him a question, or is confused. Lol I use it when I don't feel like talking to people (ex. someone asks me whats for lunch today, I respond, "I'm not tellin ya.")
Adam Shot: In basketball, a shot that would never have any chance of going in, but it does. (originated becasue a kid named adam always makes them. ex. He pick up his dribble, takes a step, gets fouled really bad, and while he is being thrown to the floor, he chucks it up and it's nothin but net.)
Pop's Pencils: Our refernce to small, 'mom and pop' style business as opposed to big corporations
I'll add more if I can remember any!
