I have a lot of *weird* things happen at my house. I frankly have too many to talk about...but I'll share one that really means something to me. I was sleeping and I woke up to see this lil girl at the foot of my bed. She looked really bad. She had cuts and bruised n blood all over her. She was dressed in a white dress, but the dress was really dirty and ripped. She was standing next to a tall man in a red plad shirt and jeans. The shirt sleves were rolled up to his elbows and he had long hair.Of course, I freaked out but didnt scream or ne of that. Insted, I sat there with my jaw open as I watched the little girl point to the tall man and then look at me, like I was suppose to know him. I dont member what happened after that, but next thing I do remember, very vividly (sp?)...I was lyong on my stomach, with my right hand slightly over the edge of my bed and I opened my eyes and looked up. There was the man again, standing next to my bed. He wasn't moving, just stadning there looking over me. I Dont member ne thing after that again. When I told my aunt about it, she pulled a picture off the wall n said "was tis the man u saw in your room?" I was like "YEAH! That's him!! UNCLE TOM!?" She was like "when did this dream occur?" and I told her and she told me that she had prayed to him to watch over us. She said it sounds like he was looking over me, like she had asked him. She can not believe how much I could describe in that "dream". Cause its not normal for a person to remember as much as I could tell her. So, we've come to the conclusion that it was my Uncle Tom looking over me :-) |

Oh yeah and my mom actually saw a ghost one night while she was lying in bed. It was a man..the lady who lived next door to us had her husband buried on her property so we think it may have been him.... |

Read my stories which are under "mysterious happenings". I could write down a few more, but I have to be in the right frame-of-mind when I do it. |

I've had experiences with the supernatural all my life, when I was about a year-2years old I used to talk with a "spirit" named Mona, who later when I was around 7/8 years old had a dream about her, and she said she was my guardian. When I was younger weird things used to happen in our home such as things moving, lights going on and off, letters being written in different languages to my father....well my parents moved out because they felt threatened, it wasnt a "good feeling" spirit. I believe my mom told me one night, before I was born, her and my father were relaxing watching television when our dog started barking and growling...well as she did that the draw from my moms dresser pulled out by itself, was in mid air-tipped over and fell to the floor....I have that same dresser in my room...lol omgosh! Afterwards my mother passed away when I was ten, and we began to experience a lot of supernatural activity. We have pictures with faces in the wall (you can see the outlines of a face against a white wall) I was so afraid of this stuff I refused to sleep in my bedroom and slept on the couch for 3 years until we moved to the house I live in now. I've seen apparitions and heard voices. I believe the scariest thing that happened to me was me and my friends were playing around "calling" a spirit (I must have been 12 or 13) and we were sitting on a table in the middle of a dark room.....well all the sudden we heard footsteps along side the table and then they stopped right behind me (there were two closet doors behind me in that room) and the spirit started knocking on the door very loud and frightening...well I ran for it and turned the light on, nothing there. Afterwards we were all sitting down talking about it when I looked up and seen a lady in white walk across the doorway...and by the appearance of her face she looked like a demon, and she smirked at me....which scared me very much. Well I started looking into religion and am following the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ, since then I have had many visions and I am very sensitive to energy. I also had a "dream" or vision of heaven and I met my mother and Jesus.....lol sorry for the long comment, interesting post :) |

I have several stories here at usm. You would have to look them up. I guess many people might think things that happen could be mental, I dont think so. I so, I'm sure I'd try and make a lot more things happen. I've seen spirits, I've prayed for people and saw them healed, I've been healed of hypoglacmia years ago, I've witnessed several deliverances and have seen a girl be thrown across the room, by Nothing that one could see with their eyes. I've seen bubbly white foam come out of her mouth as her hands drew up into claw like things. I've seen many things that dont belong in this world. It would be different if I was alone when these things happened but there were always other people around. |

When I lived in Dundee I rented a flat (for a short while). It was haunted with the spirits of a kitten, a small whimpering child and a man. The man made me very nervous, the child made me very sad and the kitten, well mischievious as it was, it just made me laugh! I only heard the child in my bedroom and that was from a different room for as soon as I stepped into the bedroom the whimpering would stop. The man was bad. I felt helpless when his presence was known. I often heard lots of shifting about in my hall (as in someone shoving large boxes across a wooden floor) and there was also talking that was just loud enough to hear but I was unable to make out the words. I often felt his presence in my living room and a few times my 2yr old son started speaking to someone who wasn't there when I did feel his presence. The kitten I never saw but heard loud and clear. I could even hear him crossing my mantlepiece or maneuvering about the plants in my kitchen window. My friend also heard the kitten and it frightened the daylights out of her! LOL But I am glad someone else heard it as she believes everything that happened to me in that place. I moved after about 9 months. MorningGlory |

I believe that we live on after death and are able to communicate with our loved ones who have moved on from this physical. I have had so many experiences that I am no longer skeptical... I can't be anymore. To be skeptical in the face of so much evidence is just crazy. A Harvard professor has written a book of scientific experiments that prove the existence of an afterlife. It is called 'The Afterlife Experiments: Breakthrough Scientific Evidence of Life After Death' by Gary E Schwartz. Some people need hard evidence, but others have their personal experience. It is true that mentally ill people can and do experience some visions, but when mental illness is discounted there is no other explanation. The majority of the population cannot be mentally ill, and the majority of the population have experienced at least one paranormal activity with no physical explanation. Just the other night I was sitting eating my dinner at the table with a friend when a coffee cupped jumped up out of the draining rack onto the floor without breaking. |
