Homework help (makeup/Ophelia from Hamlet)......B. Monkey

I'm minoring in Theatre and one of the classes I'm taking is Stage Make Up. Tomorrow I have to go to class made up as a character in a play (not movies). I wanted to do someone really sick with TB or something (I was actually thinking of movies where the heroine dies of such affliction and thought maybe I could find a play with such a heroine) but I decided against it and decided to do Ophelia from Hamlet.

Is anyone here familiar with Shakespeare's Hamlet? My question is this....Ophelia commits suicide by drowning. I have to also bring a character study of Ophelia and I'm trying to remember (I'm going to make myself up to look tear strewn and very cold looking as if dead by exposure) did she commit suicide after brother Laertes dies or her father dies? Thanks.

I guess if you want to make it a further discussion, if you were in my class who would you make yourself up as from a play? If it were from a movie I'd have a hard time because there are so much to choose from I'd probably go for Satine in Moulin Rouge during her play at the end or Priss from Blade Runner.
