The next American Idol?

After watching tonight's show, I think Fantasia is going to win it all. Face it: the girl has talent, presence, personality, and she's already has a very professional vibe to her performances at only 19 years of age. Out of all the girls to ever audition, I think she's the best and Clay still remains my top favorite of the males (I'm still Aiken for Clay!). But then again, I haven't seen all the performances. This is the first week of voting, so we'll just have to see. I'm also rooting for "Pen Salesman". And for the wildcard show, I'm really praying they don't bring Scooter Girl back. I couldn't stand her and was overjoyed when she was cut. :)

What did you think of tonight's show?

Date: 2/10/2004 6:18:00 PM  From Authorid: 11341    I think Fantasia has a great voice, great control but her voice drives me nuts. Doesnt make sense I know.
Date: 2/10/2004 6:22:00 PM  From Authorid: 15228    Fantasia's voice was a little annoying..I liked Katie who sang that jazzy type song.
Date: 2/10/2004 6:23:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 51070    Dizzy Me, if you really want to have nightmares, remember Ejay Day or AJ Gil from the first season. Those two were fright shows, especially AJ. AJ sounded like he was about ready to pee his pants. Scooter Girl from this season gives me nightmares, what with that joker mouth and her "pity me" act with telling everyone about her anorexia. Gawd. Anyway, I am excited to see "Pen Salesman"!
Date: 2/10/2004 6:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 33925    I forgot about it being on tonight!! Ugh!!

Date: 2/10/2004 6:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 42515    I liked the first girl that sang.
Date: 2/10/2004 6:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 8278    i liked that guy, matthew. i also liked the girl with the short blonde hair. but, in my oppinion, NOBODY will ever measure up to Clay. in case anyone didn't already know, I ADORE Clay! lol

Date: 2/10/2004 6:30:00 PM  From Authorid: 10722    I guess the real question is.. who cares? j/k! *backs away* :P

Date: 2/10/2004 6:48:00 PM  From Authorid: 53836    I hope the do bring Scooter Girl back! Sorry I didn'[t see your post when I made mine. I fully covered the thing last year and planned to do it this year too..I totally agree with you about Fantasia! She is the bestest in the comp yet!
Date: 2/10/2004 8:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 54968    I liked scooter girl. lol She was funny. Ooh! I also liked pen salesman! lol
Date: 2/10/2004 8:04:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 51070    Ah, Cage, so you're a...'Claymate' too, hey? Clay rocks. I have a poster of him the wall of my dorm room. He's so cool. But what I really like about him is that he has morals and isn't going to strip off his clothes just to make money. He's a very good role model, which is more than I can say for some of the other pop stars out there.
Date: 2/11/2004 6:03:00 AM  From Authorid: 15228    I liked Scooter girl also..I could see her being a Bette Midler type of singer.
