alot of time god answers your prayers in a way we dont expect, look at it from all angles, god knows what you need before you ask, but sometimes he does not give it when we ask him so we will grow more, and learn how to deal with things in life, alot of times it is the hardest things that make us who we are. like me, both my brothers are dead overdosed on drugs, later on we find out they were in a gang, and that that gang was going to burn down a church with the congregation still in it. that was 4 years after they died that we found that out, be patient, and have faith, pray for comphort, that is something god will always give you. |

your right things do happen for a reason, but remember God does'nt make bad things happen, He lets things happen, because we live in an imperfect world, also if there was never any sin then we would never fully understand Gods true love and grace, for we wouldnt have anything to compare it to. God bless you also! and keep up the faith!!! Dream-Walker |

Bad things happen to everyone, it's called life. Most people have never really had their faith tested, a few things don't go right in their life and they just don't know how to deal. Maybe it's not that God's testing their faith but trying to teach them a lesson in appreciation. People who have a roof over their head, food to eat, clothes to wear, their health, who live in a country where there's access to health care and they don't die from a simple illness because they have no access to antibiotics, who don't go to sleep at night listening to the sound of gunfire and bombs from war and still think their life is so bad, need to understand just how good they have it and learn to appreciate the life they were given. |

I read somewhere, "It's not what happens to you in life, it's how you let it affect you." |

Most of us blame God for the things that go wrong in our lives when in fact, we create these negative things ourselves by our misuse of our free will. This is when we decide to allow ourselves to dwell on negative thoughts and to do wrong instead of the things that we know are right..... "What goes around , comes around"... or" We reap what we sow!" this is called the Law of cause and effect or the Law of Compensation! |
