*~* 2004 - Leap Year - Anyone Brave? *~* Hey,Hey,Paula

Well, here it is Leap Year and traditionally it is the year whereas the woman asks the man for his hand in marriage, versus the norm of the other way around. I did this once, back in 1980. We did get married, but it only lasted six years. Kind of shyed me away from that trick again...

Well, now I've been single now for, oh say, about, let's see, hmm, 2004-1987= 17 years. There is someone that I have pined for from afar, for say, the past 15 years and I am wondering if I should just take a deep breath and plunge in with both feet and pop the "Big Question"?

So I thought I would ask the, oh wise and wonderful USMers who know all, see all, masters of experitise, crystal ball polishers, what they saw in the future for this sister that ain't getting any younger? One who notices her hair is getting thinner and lypo is looking better and better all the time!

Well, what do you think, should I or shouldn't I? Have you done it and and what were your consequences?

I have always told my kids, "Now, when you are making a decision, ask yourself, what could be the consequences?" So, I am thinking... and thinking...

I know someone who has been seeing a girl for a few months and she popped the question (because of the whole "Leap Year" thing) and he said yes!! And this guy has ALOT of chickies chasing after him and none of them have been able to get him to settle down. So there you go! Best of luck to you and KEEP US UPDATED!!! :)
