Take a look at this scenario. There are two people - Jane and Kathy. Kathy is already in the bathroom when Jane comes in to use another stall. Kathy finishes and steps out of the stall to wash her hands. She then takes her good-natured time washing her hands or whatnot just to see who went into the stall while she went to the bathroom. I've noticed this a lot. I remember going to the bathroom at school and having someone already be in another stall. And then I hear that person stand at the sink for a while washing their hands. It usually doesn't take long to wash your hands, right? Well, some people just keep washing them just so they can see who is in the stall. Like it's any of their business? This is kind of annoying, but some people enjoy being nosy, I guess.
