I'm still thinking about expanding it, but as it is, I really like it. I hope you do too! ^_^ Your Judas Kiss The spotlight dims on an empty stage Empty but for one The sobbing player left for dead In love without the sun I looked up for a sign from God But the skies are dark and clear How desparately I cried out And shed so so many shattered tears And where was Judas to kiss them away? Chorus: You kissed me in the moonlight So I would not see The knife you held so tight When you stood behind me Kiss me in the moonlight And hide your Brutus smile Keep it out of sight Let this moment last a while And ignorance is bliss Especially in your Judas kiss. You told me every word was true So I believed your lies But now I've stumbled on your secrets All within your eyes Your eyes More than often, less than not I'm the love that time forgot 'Cause you said one day we would be The one and only, you for me But now I see that I'm not. And when should angels cry for me? And when should devils weep? When I should fall awake from grace, My heart to break or beat. Chorus to fade. Thank you!!
