It was three years ago I popped on the scene. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was sitting in my office looking for web postings about messages in bottle (I have an ifactutaion with them, especially ones that the sender stakes no claim to. Trying to find someone who found one of mine). I came across an article claiming no plane crashed into the Pentagon. I was rather upset by this, for the unit I was stationed with at the time (the 3d US Infantry Regiment) was tasked with the area clean up events that immediatly followed. I never thought I'd stick around as long as I have. What it is that keeps me coming back however, is the people. I have had chance incounters with some people on this site that renued my faith in people as a whole.
I have posted very rarely as of late, due to my current deployment with the 10th Mountain Division, but look forward to catching everyone up to speed upon my return.
I had put the that this was my third anniversary, but my math was wrong :-( sorry bout that.
