The heatwave is the reason we are going in May and not August Medusa...LOL! NEVER again will I visit France in August, the heat was unbearable!  |

That sounds like a marvelous vacation. Read up on the Cathars. Some very sad and dramatic history surrounded these people who lived in the area you will be visiting in the late 12th and early 13th centuries.  |
