You will need:
2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
4 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
3 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon imitation banana extract (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Place sliced bananas on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Combine all the ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
