We grew a romance, that strengthened with time. But time became the enemy, and boredom seemed to loom. My heart stopped trusting, our love faded to soon. But I saw you that day, arms entwined with hers in in devotion. I knew there was no saving this, not with the strongest love potion. So I stepped aside, let her lead you away. I would not abide, by the rules you played.
