I LOST WEIGHT YAY!! ~Charmed One~   Author:  62585  Category:(Discussion) Created:(4/3/2004 6:36:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (548 times) As some of you may know, a week or so ago i made a post called feeling fat, because i was feeling pretty fat. well since then i've been watching calories and subsituting fruit for sweets and stuff like that. i went over to my in-laws house today and she said, you look good have you lost weight? I don't have a scale at home so i didn't know. i got on their scale, and what do you know? I've lost 8 lbs. Woooo hooo. and i didn't stop eating or anything. i basically still eat what i want just in smaller portions, and i've been trying to stay close to a 2000 calorie a day thing. I don't really consider it much of a diet, cause i still eat often. I can't believe its working!!! I have never been able to lose weight before! wooo hooo!!
