Jen, It is normal, I think. Christina is the same. She is always fixing her hair, wanting to buy new clothes, and WEAR makeup! She isn't even seven. She idolizes Britney (need I say more) and Mary Kate and Ashley, as well as Hillary Duff. Too much Nick Jr. But I know your point, I "blink" and just wonder what's next.  |

Wow, lol maybe I'm just over protective(I don't even have a kid yet lol) but I would not be a happy mommy if some boy was running his grubby little fingers through my little girls hair lol. I'd really hate to think what future generations are gonna be like if this is how 7 year olds now are, before ya know it preschoolers are gonna be wearing mini skirts and wearing make-up.  |

it doesn't matter what she's like at seven or eight or ten. the teen years are going to be hell. they can be angels til they are 12. then it happens. you life as you know it is over and you enter the teen zone, also known as "the closest thing to hell you can get while you are still alive"!! i'm kidding........sort of........  |
