It's probably easiest to just apologize, but what he said can be construed as a threat and the police are going to look at an adult threatening a minor as a lot worse than two minors exchanging words. |

Be easiest to just let it all go and apologize ... if it where me I would do just that and let it go it'll blow over hopefully... but if the treats continue on the other side... I'd have to get so help with the matter ... do whatever it takes to resolve your mistake and try not to worry about others mistakes ... all I can tell ya ... good luck hope things work out ...  |

I would say to just apologize and be done with it...although it is unfair what he did as well, but there really isn't any point in making a mountain out of a molehill ya know....say you're sorry and be done.  |

so i apologized and it worked, he and his daughters band apologized also and he thinks of me as a big man for not hiding from him when he asked someone to tell me he wanted to talk to me, but i dont find that as a reason for being a big man, i dont back down from anyone regaurdless |
