Well....Hmmmmm....All I do is put my pen or pencil to the paper, and they write through me....One tip is make sure there are no interferances....Second is make sure you are very comfortable and relaxed. Don't hold the writing instrument hard. If it helps, draw circles (loops), I don't, but it's different with everyone. Good luck!  |

I have read a book by Edain McCoy, on automatic writing, you can do automatic writing anywhere and don't have to have anyone with you. I have tried it acouple of times. I had no real success with it. It takes practice and a possitive mind.  |

I talked to my aunt about it and she used to do it a long time ago. Now days she cant relax enough and she doesnt have enough time. But she said she use to make cantact with spirits. |
