They say that if you focus on good things it keeps the heart less stressed, and is easier for the body to utilize the energies towards healing and recoperation. While you go and frolick in front of a scaple, I am am going to be over here trying to find a word that rhymes with Caspian, Lol... my best chants to you, and uhmm, pardon me if I keep the brew a few days without passing, you need to heal naturally (-: Not a problem oh dear friend, KC..
