Im not sure how good it is on carbs (because i dont care about carbs) but these only have 70 calories per serving (about 9-10 pieces depending on the flavor.) Quaker Oats makes these things called 'Quakes' and the ones I've tried are the rice snacks but apparently (according to: http://www.quakeroats.com/qfb_OurBrands/BrandDetail.cfm?BrandID=7) they have corn rings too. The cheddar cheese ones taste JUST like cheetos and the ranch ones taste kinda like doritos. Their filling and they taste good too :). Good eats for a snack or with a sandwhich. They come in a bunch of flavors but Ive only been able to find these two and the carmel ones. So check em out :)!
