Okay, in case you haven't head the stories of my boyfriend's (soon-to-be) ex-wife, let me bring you up to date. It's really interesting to read if you like stalker stories!
My boyfriend and I hooked up together this past July. On our first date, we came back to his house and I heard the messages on his answering machine from his ex. There were probably six of them, all threatoning him or cussing him out.
Soon after that, his ex broke into his answering machine and heard a message from me. Then the messages for me started.
He gave me the code to his answering machine, so I could check the messages for him. One night she called and threatoned me, so I changed the answering machine message. The landlord told him she was here that night.
In August, she drilled a hole into the gas tank on his van. He called the cops and tried to file a restraining order, but they said he couldn't because SHE has a protection order against HIM.
Then, he started coming home to the carpets in his appartment flooded. It wasn't a leak - it wasn't happening to the neighbors. And every carpet in the appartment was soaked.
By this time I was spending the night with him. One night, she broke in, reset the answering machine, went upstairs and turned off the alarm clock.
She admitted to breaking into the appartment and damaging the van, because he lied to her and told her the police had gotten fingerprints. For a while, things calmed down.
Then in March, it started back up again. There started being more hang-up calls on the answering machine. I have over two hours taped of her threatoning me, him and their children, but now the messages are either beeps or hang ups.
Last week I figured out what the beeps meant. She has been trying to crack our answering machine (and has done it).
Now, whenever it is my voice on the machine, it automatically gets changed to the robotic voice that comes standard with our machine. I don't bother to change it anymore, becuase she just keeps cracking it.
Our downstairs windows don't usually lock. My boyfriend has to stuggle with them to get them to lock, only to have me open them the next morning. Well, today I over slept and never opened the windows.
Good thing, to. When we came home tonite the screen on our window was bent in half. He's saying that maybe it was neighborhood kids, but is making me promise to wake up in 4:30 in the morning to slide the chain over the lock on the door.
This lady is crazy and has started prank calling his mother again for no apperent reason. My boyfriend used to date me when I was a kid and Psycho knows the name of my mom's company. She's started pranking my mom and sister (Where I used to live)..
