In Panama they actually have Vampire Bats that feed on the blood of cattle and other mammals including people. They come out at night and bite while you are sleeping. You cannot even feel their bite but may see the bite mark and droplets of blood where thay have been. Nothing mysterious about them, they are just ordinary bats that live on blood. They are noted for biting cattle on the ankles. I suppose your Carribian Vampire is the same as the Panama Vampire Bat. No getting bit by one doesn't turn you into a Vampire either (LOL)  |
