I can't think of a single thing you could say to him. 7 years is a long time, maybe even a little obsessive. I guess I would tell him that he's waisting the best years of his life on something that isn't meant to be. Tell him life is too short and he's missing out on more love than he could ever imagine. I feel sorry for this dude. I hope he snaps out of it. |

Well, Aphrothena, you can't really do anything about it. It just has to play its course if you know what I mean, hon. You just have to listen to what he says, and support him with whatever he decides, that is the best friend you can be, is to just be there for him, and maybe give him suggestions of what to do.. *hugs* |

wow, that is a tough one! 7 years is a very long time. i agree with soul drifter, it is almost obsessive! sometimes it is best to just move on, especially since she has told him that she doesn't feel the same way. eventually, he will find someone else that will be just as special to him, if not more so. all you can really do is be a friend to him...hopefully, he will realize that life is passing him by as he sits and waits for her. i wish you (and him) the best |
