Hey everyone, a year ago, around this time, something happened to our family. Something that has caused all this confusion with my brother. Its been a year and still, it has not been resolved!! Heres the story::
My brother & friend stole (NUMBER 1 WRONG THING TO DO!!) her sons and his friends motor cross bikes as a joke, cause she was always standing at her door yelling at them when they would walk down the street to the high schools pool. So they wanted to get back at her....(NUMBER 2 WRONG THING TO DO!!) Well they got to our street, got off the bikes n set them against this fence and walked away. Well the lady pulled up in her car and ran after my brother. My brother was like look lady, you have your bikes back, just leave us alone. Well she grabbed him by his shirt and necklace and he pulled his shirt off n ran cause she was abusing him....right? Well she called the cops saying that my brother stole her bikes, then "threw them" then proceeded to "punched her, in the face", (before the shirt was off) and then "pushed her to the ground" (after he slid outtta his shirt" which caused her to "bruise and break" a couple fingers and "hurt her arm". Which he SWEARS he didn’t do.
When I let the 2 boys in the house, through the back door, which seemed odd to me, but he told me he did something wrong and that he needed to talk to my parents, (he has alwayus told them when he's done something wrong, before someone else could tell them) Tommy had knuckle marks on his neck n imprints from the balls of his chain on the back of his neck. CLEAR evidence she had grabbed his necklace and shirt. Well she called the cops, he got 2 paper arrest, one for stealing, which is reasonable, but the second one was for ASSAULT!! The lady lied!!! She had the cops come over to her house, take pictures of her hands and arms and face, cause she SWORE they were "swollen, bruised, broken" and in "lots of pain".
Well my mom wanted to know where this LADY lived, so she drove over to her house to get her addy and lives number so she could file a police report on assault against my brother. The lady ran out of her house and started throwing ROCKS at our car!! THEN called the cops again!! Saying "she is feared for her life" She thought we were going to "go over to her house and hurt her and her son" so she "had a neighbor stay the night, just in case!!" This lady is kooky!!! She made lie after lie after lie!! She got my mom and brother in SOOOOO much trouble! Then when my brother would go to the pool, she'd stand at her door and call the cops cause he was walking down the street with his friends!! Ohh and did I mention she LIED about being a cop AND having a restraining order against my family? Yeah, she even told my brother she was a cop, so he said he didn’t hit her just for that cause. Just one lie after another!!
THEN the trouble started, our mail was being stolen, my brother and friends were pulled over by a DRUNK guy who threatened to kill them, and had HER in the car, we replaced our tires 10 times in 3 months!! We searched HIGH AND LOW for nails on our carport, NONE!! Our front lights were getting broken, people were messing with my moms and dads cars at night. EVERYTHING you could think of, even ding dong ditch!! It was getting RIDICILOUS!! So my mom called the cops and filed a complaint saying she KNEW who had done this and they went to her house and she was like, me? do something like that? NO! Never!
THEN we took her to court, and she even lied there!!! She changed her story 5 times!! AND the best part was....SHE WAS DRUNK! Our attorney was a BULL DOG! She said the pictures showed NO evidence of her being "hurt" and that her index and middle finger are NATURALLY bigger then the other 3 fingers on her hand, there was NO bruising, and her report from the hospital prioved NOTHING. UNFORTUNATLY, it didnt even DAWN on me to grab my digital and take pictures of the marks on my brother, which got us NOTHING in the case. All the cops favored the lady cause they said she was the "victim" in this case and that my brother DID assult her and DID hurt her....which we ALL know isnt true. Just by looking at the pictures that the cops took.
All this started, then 3 months later (October) my brother was taken from us, and still isnt home yet. He wont be home till october (one year) Yes, other things caused him to be where he is, but this is what started it all...
And to answer your question, we didnt win the case. The judge had her mind set before the first day, out of two, was even over with...which is bull, cause she hadnt even heard OUR part of the story yet!! So, we are appealing the case, and it's been over a year and its STILL not over!!!! We are still fighting aginst this lady and our attorney is still waiting to finish the case....these people are movin like snails! LOL
I Dont even know what to think ne more....how could people just lie n lie n lie like this? If I was in this ladies position, I woulda told em exactly what happened and let it go...bu no, she only made it 5 times worse then she needed to...it STILL toasts my cookies that she lied so much!! I've been taught to not lie and yet, I see it every day....sheesh....peoples!!! One year, and it's STILL not over!!!!

PS-YES, my brother was also at fault in this case. Cause he was the one who stole the bikes, but by law, the lady can not touch him after she has her property back, which is what happened.....ohhh it toasts my cookies!!!!!
