This is for men only!! Tofu is a great wat to get the calories needed to build muscles. It's also rich in anti-aging antioxidants that can help reduce cholesterol levels, as well. So if you want muscles like the Incredible hulk, give this smoothie a try!!
1/2 cup solft silken tofu (remember you won't taste the tofu)
3/4 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 frozen banana, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
Combine the tofu and milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups; Serves 2
