I had a dream last night that I was in the Big Brother 5 household, which is a reality show that takes a bunch of strangers, makes them all live in a big house together, then videotapes their every move. They are then voted out one by one, until the last person gets a big cheque.
Anyways, in the dream I was dating one of them (Drew the sweetheart) but then I cheated on him with another one, (Jase the jerk)! I felt so horrible, and I didn't even realize what I was doing until Drew freaked out and ran out of the room crying. He had seen us kiss. The producers of the show allowed some of his friends to come into the house and comfort him. Usually, outside contact is forbidden. During this time, I felt so guilty, and it came to me that I loved Drew and he was the best boyfriend I ever had and I couldn't believe I had cheated on him. I heard one of his friends say, "Why would she do that to him? He is the sweetest guy and..." loud enough for me to hear. A few minutes later, another one of his buddies came up and told me "you'd better come with me" He took me into my bedroom, where Drew had torn apart my bags of stuff, and thrown my clothing, etc all over the room. Even my diary was thrown on the floor. I grabbed it and told Drew to come outside so we could talk. The producers normally would have disqualified us for walking outside the house, but at that point neither of us cared.
We were in a marsh like area, with all these big, weird looking birds that kind of looked like playtpuses (sp.) It was nighttime out, but there were two wooden cabins about 100 feet from each other that had porchlights so we could see. There were dozens of these creatures; there were ones that were mostly black, and even bigger fluffy, yellow ones. We then noticed a bunch of yellow baby birds around our feet. Oddly enough, they were the offspring of the black birds, not the yellow ones. They were so cute! For a moment, Drew and I forgot our troubles and watched the baby duck-things. All of a sudden, one of the yellow birds ate one of the babies! We were horrified, and I picked up another baby it was going after to protect it. The bird attacked me, and I kept kicking it away. It was barking like a dog! Then the parent started attacking me too because it thought I was trying to hurt her baby, so I picked it up and ran off with both of them to safety. I ran to the other cabin and put them in a car that was there. As I started back, Drew caught up to me halfway there. He gave me a hug and we cried together over the fact I had cheated on him. I apologized over and over, and realized how much I loved him. The last thing I realized (and for some reason this seemed important) was that Drew had never read my diary, and I opened it up and realized that the book was blank all along. I felt a huge sense of relief that he hadn't violated my trust.
Weird, huh? What can you tell me about what this dream means? Everything felt so real, and I can't get it out of my head! PS. I hope it made sense! lol
