SUMMERTIME MELON SOUP

In a food processor, whirl coarsely chopped pulp from 1 honeydew melon.

Do in 2 batches, if necessary.

Pour into a bowl.

Refrigerate until cold, 2 hours or up to 2 days.

Add a squeeze of lime juice to taste.

Spoor into soup bowls and swirl in spoonfuls of sour cream.

Sprinkle with chopped chives.

Serves 6 to 8
