Your hair hates you because you rinsed without repeating. Always follow directions on the bottle for cooperative, happy hair. *nod* - |

Very stupid question for me to ask, but do you use conditioner? |

well....You have a few options. It's possible that your hair won't lighten any more and removing the artificial pigments will leave the hair very brassy. You then have a decision to make. Do you wish to be a dark blonde or a light blonde? If you choose a dark blonde, dye your hair with a level 7 or maybe a level 8 haircoloring. If you wish to be a light blonde, then you must bleach your hair, at least a little bit, to get rid of the yellow/orange tones.
Since you said that you've colored your hair before, I have to assume that the color you're getting is simply a combination of the pigments deposited by the other haircolors. In that case, ColorFix followed by re-dyeing is your best bet. ColorFix strips your hair of it's pigment, and let's you start off with a whole new head of hair to dye away! ;) Best of luck to you!!! |

The only way you are going to fix damaged hair is to just use a really deep conditioner. The good stuff...you can go to any salon and see what they recommend. As far as your haircolor, and the damage you say you have....I have been in your situation before..very recent infact. And I, personally, went and got it corrected RIGHT away! Regardless of the damage. I wasn't gonna be walking around with orange hair LOL Another thing to consider the next time you color your hair...Get a good base color that you like (Level 3-permanent) Then hightlight with a SEMI-permanent every so often. You will be much happier in the long run, because you aren't damaging your hair so much. Hope i've made some sence !! LOL |

I'm a beautician. You need to get to a salon and have a professional fix your mess plus get your hair reconditioned. Maybe if you would stop hating your hair by abusing it so badly, your hair would stop hating you... |

Yeah I think I will Ali. Nah I dont hate my hair I just can never seem to get it right. Last August I tried to get it done proffesionally after not doin anything for awhile and the woman messed it up BAD (told me she was blonding it and bleached it and omg probably left it on to long and yeah it was a horrid mess) then after that I let it grow, dyed it black in October, let it grow, tried to blonde it in march and it didnt work so I bleached it and that killed it, so then I cut it and let it grow then yeah didnt do anything tell mid June. So I just cant get it right :(. God willing they'll fix it with out destroying it (im thinkin of goin to Wal Mart this time) and I can be happy and leave my hair alone :D! |

Eeeek, that soudns harsh on your hair, mine hates me too, I'm also a vegetarian, and believe me if you eat right it does WONDERS for your hair,I actuly started keep track of how much of everything I eat that I need, I can see a huge difference in my hair, nails, and skin. But why on earth would you change your hair color for a guy?? That almost always turns out to be a mistake. |
