1 beef flank steak ( 1 pound) about 1 inch thick
1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
1/2 cup BarBQ Sauce (your choice of flavor)
Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. Rub both sides of steak with garlic.
Grill steak and onions 14 to 20 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
Serve with grilled onions.
Makes 4 servings.
Marinate steak overnight in 3 tablespoons Zesty Italian dressing.
