Did you hit it with something like a table or a chair. Try putting an ice pack on it and rest it for a while and see if that feels better. If the pain doesn't go away in a couple of days than I would go see a doctor. |

How long has this been going on? I'm not sure about tendonitas, but heel spurs do not usually cause pain. Put some ice on it it the meantime, a warm bath might also help. If things continue to get worse, I'd suggest you see a doctor.. |

hmm it doesnt sound like either or those things. It sounds like you just may have walked on it wrong or slightly just twisted. But if it keeps hurting see a doctor and you may want to consider variations of heat and Ice and when you lay down elevate it above your heart. |
