Ressurected-Gothic Angel   Author:  55386  Category:(Poetry) Created:(8/8/2004 8:41:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (483 times) It's getting to the point, that I can bear no longer The burden growing deep inside, one I cannot fix Refusing to leave, and inevitably growing, pounding I can hear it deep inside, each beat It's taken forever to get this far, and now it's falling apart One simple word said, has meant so many other things Has meant a life time of tears, and a second of laughter Droaning through each day, like a tiny part of me Is shattering, and shredding everything into a million pieces Just this growing, beating, part of me that's so strong willed Causing me stress, pain, and even worse, happiness Igniting a thousand feelings I'd rather die than feel It's against my true moral, to not be able to combat Such an insolent, imcompetant, part of what used to be so weak Images flutter through my mind, a butterflies erratic flight Has made me so vulnerable to anything It's growing, I can feel it, pounding, beating Breaking apart the compartment that it had once been sealed in Dying for a stolen kiss, a secret I love you As it grows, pounds, unmistakably, my heart has come back to life -Heather AKA Gothic Angel You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or interesting stories for the world to read and respond to Click here Scroll all the way down to read replies.
